Orders...
Orders can be placed online securely via Google Checkout or PayPal. We can also take payment details by telephone.
Warranty...
12 months warranty is included on all our products. Subject to fair use, and not including vandalism or natural disasters / causes.
Dispatch...
All orders will be dispatched to UK and Ireland same day if ordered before 12.00pm, unless the particular item is not in stock. Delivery is recorded.
Returns...
Any item which does not work to the expected range or as expected can be returned for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee and postage. If any item is returned in not brand new condition, it may be sent back to the customer without credit. Should packing material be damaged or internal accessories be missing, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied.
Account Customers...
Account customers are on a strictly 30 day basis. Late payments will automatically be subject to a £70 late payment charge for overdue amounts up to £2000, and an additional £30 per additional £1000 thereafter. Overdue accounts are automatically transferred to a third party agency, at which point you will be liable for any legal expenses incurred. Northern Ireland law applies to any transactions made on this site.
Custom Orders...
Custom orders will require a deposit in advance or full payment in advance, with remaining payment to be paid on delivery without exception.
Foreign Sales...
All foreign transactions outside UK & Ireland will require payment in advance via bank transfer.
Late Payment
Late or non payment will void warranty until paid in full. All equipment remains the property of AES Distribution (NI) ltd until paid for in full. AES Distribution (NI) Ltd reserve the right to remove any equipment not paid for in full without prior notice.
Warranty and technical support will be void if payment terms and conditions are not met.
